Ja Rule released a new joint with R.Kelly named Incredible. Kelly really only sings on the choruses but Ja Rule seems like he hasn't really fell of since years ago. Well at least by that I mean he sounds just as good as he was years ago, which can be a bad or good thing in a way. I wonder if he will be trying to drop an album this year?
